THeVerb is a spatial convolutional reverb currently ready for early beta testing.

You position your sound source in an extended space in front of the listener. Physically-specified micro-delays locate sources’ distance and direction by manipulating realistic phase differences and attenuation. Matched convolutional reverb adds the scale and character of the environment:

distant sources sound different from close ones
the middle of the room sounds different from the corner
reflective surfaces so…
