Hardware reset for Uno Synth Pro X? – Hardware (Instruments and Effects) Forum

Does anyone know if there is a hardware reset for the IK Multimedia Uno Synth Pro X? All I’m getting at the moment is a flash of red lights on the front when I connect it to a power supply. Doesn’t seem to be recognised by the computer via USB so I can’t flash firmware to it. No response from IK Multimedia support. I can’t even get “permission” to post on their forum. Is this still a functional company? It’s a shame because it’s an amazing synth.
