Here’s a sine sweep I generated, it goes all the way up to 95kHz in a 192kHz sample rate WAV file. The program I used here (think it was Ocenaudio) doesn’t do log sweeps, only linear, so I’ve made it in linear segments of an octave.

The spectrum view is Ocenaudio for sure. It used to be Mac only, now also Windows (and portable) & Linux.
