Guitar to ipad (usb-c) (in: Guitars)

Looking around for a cheap option to get my guitar into an ipad and hear it back through phones, will be heavily effected so not after ultimate tone or anything, low latency would be good though. Want to chuck it in the bag with the ipad so smaller the better.

Anyone tried these cheap Joyos?

Or just stick to a lower end conventional interface?
