Groove template and pool (in: Bitwig)

I know everyone wants different features, and my argument could apply to 90% of the features Bitwig has received lately, but is a Groove pool really that important? FL Studio didn’t have one three years ago, and trackers never had them. Do you have a specific groove in mind that the Bitwig shuffle can’t replace, and that is difficult to achieve in the MIDI editors? I’m interested in cases where it’s a genuine showstopper.
