Grid and VST plugins (in: Bitwig)

I think opening and closing plugin GUI’s would be annoying. Also, different plugins accept modulation at different control rates. One might try to modulate a filter plugin by a VCO but it doesn’t sound good because the filter plugin has a relatively low control rate.

Anyway, not trying to change your mind or anything, just writing my thoughts. I suspect the idea of plugins in the grid exceeds what would be the reality.
