google cloud platform – propagation times – how to can I conform progress

New to Google Cloud. I have a new domain (ogbourne.net) from NameCheap and trying to relocate that to the Google name servers. As far as I can tell (from DNS Checker) all records are valid but they are not being propagated or at least not in the last 30 odd hours. Am I being impatient? Should I be able to see progress through some DNS servers? The DNS checker reports that the A and NS records have been resolved but no others.

Is there anything else that can be done to check I have all settings correct?
