Is it possible to have an Internet NEG backservice to send the egress or outgoing traffic through NAT?

We need to set up a transitioning method from our existing architecture to send traffic to a cloudrun service in another project for which we are sending the traffic through a internet NEG backendservice in GLB pointing to the public IP of the cloudrun service(backended in GLB). Unfortunately we cannot send the outgoing requests from NEG that goes through internet through our NAT ip’s which we wish to whitelist on the GLB where the cloudrun is sitting as a backend service, we dont wish to expose this to all IP’s on internet.
