google chrome – Chromium official build for windows

The official Chromium project does not seem to offer a polished download page similar to what is available for Chrome. From what I’ve gathered, the only way to obtain a secure, stable, and official Chromium build is by manually compiling it from the source code.

Is there a specific reason for this approach, or is there an alternative way to obtain an official, stable Chromium build without compiling it myself?

P.S. I am aware that chromium.woolyss.com/ is not an official Google site.

P.S.2 I also know that download-chromium.appspot.com/ provides only the latest build, not a stable one.
