I’ve used the free Video to Video convertor, select images to video and you can add an audio track. It only plays as long as the images last, so you need to copy and paste the images on your hard drive so you can load them in video to video quicker and then essentially load many images which will play long enough.

Another feature it has is audio/video mux so you can make an images to video thing first then select this one and it can stop on the shorter stream.
