Gemini for basic tasks in Bitwig? (in: Bitwig)

Why? This is only needed if you want to run voice to text locally on your computer. But Gemini will definately not run on your own machine and it also comes with voice-to-text run in the cloud, too.
So if everything AI is done in the cloud “as a service” and if you’re fine with that, basically any laptop / desktop is fine – no special requirements.
