Korg if you do offline Authorization and Backup the Korg folder from the Roaming folder (Windows), and Put it back in the Roaming folder before you re install your korg plugins.

But most software or hw are not future proof since hw can break and software can be rendered useless after a Os update after a company has folded.
If you use windows you are usually good to go for atleast 10-20 years if you stay away from Online, CR or other intrusive copy protections since they are very backwards friendly when they release Os updates.
