Free orchestral libraries… (in: Samplers, Sampling …)

Hi David, to be honest I consider the idea to remove lwz support altogether a bit unfortunate, because this way all libraries released in the meantime are left behind unless an older version is used – or they are converted to the new format; thanks for making the older version available, but I get an unpleasant feeling when I see heavy breaking changes like this.
