ffmpeg – How to convert SWF to 4K high-quality upscaled video?

I have a high-quality 4K SWF file that I want to convert into a 4K video with high-quality upscaling. However, I do not want to use FFmpeg for this process.

I’ve tried the following tools but was unsuccessful:

  • Adobe Animate
  • VideoProc
  • HandBrake
  • Movavi Video Converter
  • Recool Professional SWF to AVI
  • Apowersoft Video Converter
  • VLC Media Player
  • Filestar
  • Most Python scripts from GitHub

Note: Upscaling is very important for me in the output video. Specifically, when zooming in on any frame of the video, the points must remain clear with no loss of quality or blurriness.
