ffmpeg – Batch file to mux mkv with subtitles within another mkv file

So I have a movie with format .mkv there are more than 1 subtitles and I encode it for my Plex server with .mkv too, but handbrake keeps convert the subtitles to SSA format.
so I encode it without subtitles included.
Now if I want to do it quickly, because I have many movies to put it into my plex server, I need a batch file that I can use quickly.
example files:

1.mkv
1.ori.mkv (this is original file that had all subtitles)

I want to make 1.muxed.mkv with 1.mkv video and audio and 1.ori.mkv subtitles.
