Fender Studio Pro Support Ticket (in: Hosts and Applicat…)

Has anyone been able to successfully open a support ticket for Studio Pro 8 at Fender?

If I click “View Ticket” it just takes me back to the support page where you submit a ticket. Clicking on “Open Tickets” just tells me “you have no open tickets”. No typical email auto response “your ticket has been created”, nothing.
Is there a secret handshake I need to know or how does one actually submit a ticket?
