Way back in the late 90s someone (Channel 5) got a bunch of bands to do some Eurovision covers as ‘A Song for EuroTrash’ Some interesting versions done, including a rather nice collab between Terry Hall and Sinead O’Conner.
When it was reshown shortly afterwards, though, I rnoticed that this one, by Kenickie, was notably absent. Possibly because of their comments on how creepy the original actually was.
Still, it was an excellent cover.
