Error opening plugin in FL Studio 21 (in: CWITEC)

I am using FL Studio 21.
I installed version 3.7.0j 7458.618 Windows x64 and I’ve found 3 different plugins in my FL Studio:

TX16Wx.vst3 (TX16Wx)
TX16Wx.dll (TX16Wx)
TX16Wx.vst3 (TX16Wx(legacy id))

I’ve tried loading all three them of them, it takes a good 10 seconds trying to load but then I get the error message:

“There was a problem opening the plugin TX16Wx for an unknown reason. Please make sure it was installed correctly.”

I am using Windows 10 and it’s currently up-to-date.
