elasticsearch – Elastic Agent “To reactivate please reconfigure or enroll again.” error on fresh Instance

I setup a fresh Elasticsearch and Kibana instance. I added the fleet and kubernetes integration and created a fleet server. When adding the Kubernetes Agent, the Pod is starting up and crashing shortly after with the following error message:

I created the Kubernetes Agent with the default Kubernetes Config file and applied it Kubernetes Agent File. I am confused however, because the elastic instance is fresh and the fleet server aswell. Therefore I don’t know where I am supposed to enroll or re-configure the Elastic Agent.
