Minimum of 5 years in experience in leading a search team with 5 or more developers and/or ElasticSearch engineers.
Ability to plan and implement architecture, developing full solutions, and data structures using ElasticSearch, GitLab/GitHub, Logstash, Beats, Kibana and other modem tools for development.
Demonstrated experience in full development life cycle coding standards and best practices for ensuring quality.
