Absolutely the same issue.

Using the downloader, it took me nearly 12 hours to download the Sonus score. today im trying to download Orchestra Essentials and i used the manual download feature, so far it drops me out every 10 or so minutes, doesn’t matter what server area i pick.

I am on a 1 gigabit superfast fibre, and downloading a 7 gig product should not take this long. Best Service IT IS NOT> I will be letting Sonus know as well. This is not good enough when you are writing for TV and film and need something in a hurry.
