It’ s a looped (oldskool) hardcore kick. Take a sample of an old hardcore kick and loop it, adjust the end point to make the loop short. Try to adjust the loop at different pitches to get the desired effect. After that adjust the endpoint of the loop by ear to get the same effect as in the example. Make the patch monophonic and switch on portamento or glide depending on your sampler.
Adjust the portamento or glide time to make it sweep up like the beginning of the example.
