Do you prefer it if new versions of plugins overwrite the old ones? (in: Instruments)

That’s two ‘it depends’ right there…
1) If you dont prefer the way the earlier version behaves and sounds, and wouldnt like to keep them, you might prefer it get written over than have two versions side by side, or have to uninstall manually.
2) If the new version is completely compatible with the old version and doesnt breaks projects, one might prefer it gets written over than have two versions side by side, or have to uninstall manually.
