Disable Remote Controls Plugin Pages (in: Bitwig)

It is a pain because no automated system has the intelligence to know where they should go so we end up with Hive, for example, a dozen or so pages each with just 2 2 mod params on and a layout that makes zero sense, but luckily most CLAP developers have not implemented this, and even u-he some do not have them eg Bazille, and Hive is the worst anyway. Either it should be possible for users to edit them or have an option to prioritise user made device pages where they exist
