We have received an update from the Support team, and they are requesting the MSA PUID (User Token) from the learner for the update, kindly follow the guidelines below to get the new account PUID through the link: You may follow the steps below to get the PUID

I was unable to reply on time. I have perform the instructions from the last private message.
