DeviceOut is a free, open-source Windows VST3 (MIT). Insert it on a track or the master and send that audio to a WASAPI playback device.

When the interface is on ASIO, the host opens the device exclusively. That bus never enters the Windows audio session, so Discord / OBS / voice apps cannot take it as a mic.

DeviceOut pushes the bus to a loopback playback device (usually VB-Cable CABLE Input). Those apps then use CABLE Output.

Windows 10 / 11, 64-bit only. VST3 only.

1. Install VB-Cable if you need a virtual mic: vb-audio.com/Cable/

2. Install DeviceOut, rescan plugins.

3. Put DeviceOut on a track or the master.

4. Set OUTPUT DEVICE to CABLE Input.

5. In Discord / OBS, set the microphone to CABLE Output
