Decrease system spacing | MuseScore

I have three systems on the first page, just the way I want it. But I have too much white space between them. I’ve played with the various staff spacers, but they increase the staff spacing, which I don’t want. I tried increasing the space at the bottom, but that affects all pages. I tried adding a footer, but I couldn’t do that, either.

I think (always open for better suggestions) that a vertical frame at the bottom of the page would do it. But I can’t get one to appear there. How to do?

I would also like to move the title (using system text) on page 2 up, but when I do that, all of the page moves down.

Am I correct in thinking that frames and spacers are the way to go with tweaking the layout, rather than futzing with the numbers?
