I’m an old fart and I love Discord. Fastest way to get support, as if Peter is busy then there are lots of people that can, and will, help with the query (obviously depends on the nature of the query).

Of course there are also other methods of support. Look in the troubleshooting section of the manual for advice, or I imagine that Tracktion has its own support process. Both of these could well be slower than joining the Discord and asking there, but I get that people don’t like Discord.
