Application Condition where username is NOT someth…

I am trying to exclude a specific user from an application set under personalization. None of the conditions seem to support where something is NOT true. My thought was something like where User samaccountname ‘matches regex’ and then have it be like !username or something like that? 

any idea how to accomplish this? The user is in an OU with others who should have it apply, aren’t in a specific AD group by themself, are on non-peristent desktops, etc. No matter which one I choose I don’t see a ‘not equal to’ as an option.
