Cubase 15 doesn't see APC instrument (in: Ample Sound)

The Problem
The user (chalvy) installed the free percussion instrument, Ample Percussion Cloudrum (APC), but it wouldn’t show up in Cubase 15’s instrument list. This happened because the APC installer only includes a VST2 version, and Cubase 15 disables VST2 plugins by default.

The Solution
An Ample Sound support representative (Liang) provided the fix:

Open the Plug-in Manager in Cubase 15.

Toggle the button/switch located in the upper-right corner of the window.
