Count in delay issue – Stage Traxx / Stage Cue Support

Forgive my ignorance, but I have never had this issue with stagetraxx3. I just recently noticed the very beginning of my backing tracks are coming in late. In the regions editor, I can see the playhead moving from the start, but the audio is not playing as soon as I start the song, so count ins are off seemingly delayed audo. Perhaps I did something in the settings that caused this? Im not using any delay settings, that I know of, all set to 0. Its driving me crazy. Perhaps someone has a suggestion? Testing, if im in the regions editor, i can click the start button and its random, sometimes will start from the beginning of the song, and other times it wont. Strange
