Configuring Waveform Cache – Avid Community

Editors report “configuring waveform cache” when opening the project *sometimes* — not always the first time, but sometimes.  And when it does it, it takes for.ever.  Hours in some cases.  Happening with multiple long-form documentary-style projects so many bins, much media.
