conda – I have a problem with python interpreter in VC Studio

I download VC Studio (to use python), but earlier I had anaconda navigator. Now I can’t choose interpreter in VCS.

When I click ctrl+shift+p and choose select interpreter i get this communicate:

also I can’t choose interpreter on the taskbar(?)

I’d like to have a interpreter: 3.12.0 “conda”
Someone knows something about this? I dont know much about vcs and interpreters, therefore, I’m asking for clear and understandable instructions.
