ColourCopy: first pulse of the delay starts too late, gap seems larger than gaps in subsequent echos (in: u-he)

This is troublesome for guitar playing where uniformity is desired. Every pluck repeats it, and it sounds a bit clumsy and clutzy to me. Is there a way to adjust that first gap using a gui element? If not, a bi-directional slider to adjust the initial wait time for the first echo would be a cool feature. 8) (of course I could be just imagining this 🙁 but being able to adjust that initial time would still be useful.
And it would also be great if I could lower the volume of that first pulse…
