Clip Effects latency bug in Waveform 13.5.13 Linux (in: Tracktion)

Thank you for the reminder. I was meaning to check this again. It’s [url=https://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=9099361#p9099361]something that I noticed back when 13.5.3 was released. I’m running WF Pro 13.5.13 on Windows 10. Two of the three problems I found are still there.
1. Loading an edit that has an audio clip with a ClipFX plugin tells me that the plugin doesn’t exist.
2. ClipFX plugins shift the audio in the clip forward in time (leaving a silence at the end).
