centos – Migrate this rule from `iptables` to `firewalld`

A friend gave me this iptables rule below, however I can only use firewalld in my server. Is it even possible to migrate this rule to firewalld?

iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -m owner --uid-owner user1 -j SNAT --to-source 188.177.155.144

Just so you: I need to tell my CentOS 9 that all the connections opened by processes executed by the user user1 must be done with the IP 188.177.155.144. On my server I have multiple IPs available and I cant allow process to randonly choose some IP available, I need to specify the IP that’s why I need this rule.

Do you have any suggestion?
