Can’t log in to Azure to open a support ticket

I need to know how to get help logging in to Azure when MS has all my logins messed up. I can’t open a ticket with them unless I login and I can’t login.

Hi I have multiple logins and communication emails for MS (365+). Azure is giving me an incredibly hard time as it’s confusing all the logins and won’t let click anywhere, provision, etc. It asks to me login again every time and gives off nothing but errors. I’m 100% unable to use Azure.
