Can't find Ozone 9 Advanced in Native Access (in: Effects)

I registered the serial by adding it in Native Access. I get a success message, but it doesnt show up in my list of apps/effect etc. to install.

I went through the FAQs of why it might not be showing up.
I deleted the XML file that the FAQs say to try deleting after exiting out of Native Access, and I restarted N.A., but it still doesn’t show up.

I also tried reinstalling Native Access, still doesn’t show up.
