Can't add warp time to a clip. (in: Tracktion)

Hi all. It’s been a while since I used Waveform. I’m trying to edit an old project and tried to apply the warp time editor to a clip. Nothing I do is making it appear. As I recall, I used to click the FX button on the clip, then select “add clip effect”/”warp time”. Then the clip would change colour and I count add warp points. That’s not happening for me at the moment. I have “Stretch: Elastique Pro” selected in the clip properties. Can anyone suggest what I may be missing? Thank you!
