Can someone help me to import an MP3 file into Waveform 13? (in: Tracktion)

I’ve tried this multiple times (ASIO4ALL was what I was referring to when I said “software”) and when I click on audio devices and click the drop down menu it is not listed there, ASIO4ALL is listed but there is no option for input or output and it is listed as “device” (I’ll attach a screenshot so you can understand what I’m talking about) and if I click on the ASIO4ALL application it just takes me to their website which isn’t helpful at all and I don’t know what to do.
