Can I turn CPU Throttling OFF?

Just got my new Ionico 16 Laptop but I’m getting Audio Dropouts in my DAW due to Buffer Underuns even with the ASIO Buffer all the way to the max! LatencyMon.exe reports the delays and confirms that I will have problems running ASIO Audio without dropouts.

I think the problem is probably the CPU Throttling, it doesn’t seem to matter which scheme I run in Control Panel they all throttle the CPU up and down, so is there a way to turn off the CPU Throttling and just run a constant CPU Clock?

I’ve looked through the Control Panel software and the BIOS but cannot see anything!
