Can I easily change this sampled instrument from Logic to Ableton? (in: Hosts and Applicat…)

Hi,
I’m going to switch from Logic to Ableton 12 Suite.
Recently I’ve sampled some nice premium pianos using autosampler in Logic, so it ended up being Sampler instrument.
The issue is I have 1 .exs file per instrument and all the sampled keys are in 1 audio file.
Can I get it into Ableton anyhow and for example play it as instrument?
