Direct x install error cabinet file cannot be trusted

When i tried to install directx i got this message ” A cabinet file necessary for installation cannot be trusted?

I found some solution but after navigating to

navigate to \Windows\System32\directx\ or \Windows\SysWow64\directx

if you have Windows 7 x64.

2. Click on “organise” file menu, then “folder and search options” then

in the “View” tab check “show hidden files and folders” and then “ok”

BBut i can’t find such folder in system 32 i clicked view but still can’t see or find..
