BPSK-GNURadio packet transmission – Stack Overflow

we transmit packets using your scheme for transmitting BPSK. We wanted to ask about the settings of some blocks. I understand that direct error correction is needed for correct reception, but for now we would like to debug the blocks.
Questions:

1. Can you tell me how to determine our symbol rate, because for BPSK 1 symbol = 1 bit. Because knowing the symbol rate, you can find out the spectrum of our main signal and filter out unnecessary components.
2. We got graphs, I would like to know if they are normal? If not, after which block did everything go wrong?
