boot – Install Ubuntu on Windows10 laptop – No EFI

I am trying to install Ubuntu on my windows10 laptop with below C: and D:
Windows Drives
Disk management view below
Disk management
I created the bootable USB and did a restart with F12 to install latest Ubuntu to D: drive. I got the ubuntu boot selection as shown below
Boot selection
Now on fdisk -l , I can only see sda which is the D: with no EFI entry(microsoft reserved partition and basic data partition present which I was expecting to be in C:). I can also see sdb which is the ubuntu USB drive.
fdisk output
So without the EFI entry , how do I proceed to install ubuntu? I am new to this, so please help.

Thanks,
Abdul Latheef
