Bitwig + Win11 w/new MIDI stack (in: Bitwig)

I can’t recall if it was before or after the MIDI update for Win11, but, at this point, I have to start and close Bitwig usually 3 to 4 times before it doesn’t give me an error about not being able to find a MIDI port. Not one specific MIDI port – it changes every time, seemingly randomly. This tells me it’s a Bitwig issue (or Bitwig on Windows w/new MIDI stack).

There does not seem to be a fix for this. Am I the only one experiencing it?
