Bitwig Operators with modular ES9/ES5 (in: Bitwig)

For you Bitwig users with an expanded ES-9 interface with one or more ESX-8CVs; have you found a way to reach all 8 CVs on one ESX-8CV? The Silent Way voice controller only supports 6 6VCs from what I can tell. It is a six X eight output matrix but you can’t reach output 7 or 8 from it. I have been unable to use the Silent Way combiner in Bigwig because its outputs are not exposed in Bitwig the way they are in Cubase.
