Best UAD Reverb? Lexicon 480L vs 224

Am I alone here, or does the 224 sound infinitely more realistic (in the sense of being a Lexicon) than the 480L?

I pull up the 224, and it sounds like a Lexicon in the studio. I pull up the 480L, and it sounds great; but it sounds more like any number of other algo plug-ins. Yeah, the LARC is prettier than the 224 interface… but that 224 sound!

Granted, the 224 is not as versatile… but if versatility is the point, then there are a lot of other choices out there in Reverb-World.

I don’t know, man… the UAD 224 sounds more like the real deal to me.
