Best practice for spacing of staves and systems

I just can’t figure out the algorithms. In the attached file, I want more white space between the staves of each system, less between the systems themselves, and the lyrics pretty much centered. I can open them up with the staff spacers, but the lyrics stay closer to the top staff. I can respace the systems with the Staff Spacer Fixed Down, but I need to do it on every system.

Is there somewhere I can make all (or at least, most) of the spacing at once (or even save it as a default) and minimize the tweaking to just a couple of places?

As well as the MSS file, I also attached a PDF of a page laid out in Finale, that shows what I’m aiming for. And yes, I’d like to stay with three systems on page one, and four on following, even though MSS wants to go with 4 and 5.
