Euclidean fill just spreads a number of hits as evenly as possible across the steps — you give it “5 hits in 16” and it spaces them out for you, then you can rotate it around. Quick way to seed a pattern instead of clicking every step.
Mine will start simple — hits, steps, rotation per track. HY-RPE2 is a proper dedicated euclidean/polyrhythm box and I’m not pretending I’ll match all of that on day one. But once I’ve got the basics solid we’ll see how far it goes. 🙂
